ARH Homebush took incredible care of our Albert in a time where no one knew what was wrong with him. From the moment we walked in, to the multiple emergency visits, Dr Emily and the team at ARH truly helped us through such a tough time in our lives and cared for Albert as their own. He received treatment in a timely manner, and we were given regular updates on his condition. They practice patient-family centred care, involving us in all the decisions moving forward with Alberts comfort at the forefront of every decision made. As we had never experienced something like this before, they were so incredibly compassionate and guided us through every step which has made long lasting results to his health after. ARH, you guys are the absolute best! We are forever indebted and grateful to you all and wish you guys got the recognition you all deserve.

WE HAD EMERGENCY AT THE WORST TIME> Friday- Long Weekend. & if not you guys, my baby girl wouldn't have made it till our town Vet Would Have been back from Holidays to do the surgery. EVERYONE we had pleasure of speaking to, SHOWED ENDLESS CARE AND COMPASSION! True- ABOVE AND BYOND. Doctors, Nurses, Reception- where AMAZING, SWEET, and took time to discuss everything with us. They where very upfront and super gentle with my baby. Always available and everytime we called they picked up the phone MOMENTARILY & Kept us updated throughout the process We could really see, that our pup was in the best hands. We were in shock up untill back home from everything. But there is nothing I can even imagine they could ve done ANYBETTER!!! 1000000/10 ENDLESSLY- THANK YOU!!

Really impressed with the team down here a couple of weeks ago my cavoodle was attacked down at midval dog park by a staffy that already attacked another small dog at the same park earlier in the day we didnt find this out till after our dog got attacked. The staffy pierced a hole through my dogs neck which was pretty deep and another hole on top of his skull we rushed him down to emergency and the ladies jumped into action and got him into the back room and did what they do best and attended my dogs injuries. It wasnt life threatening but when your fur baby is under stress and in pain we as owners feel that to bit the ladies made us feel Calm and reassured us hell be ok and we all went home happy!! I definitely recommend this place for any emergencies
